Power BI & Data Engineer - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices.
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability of Power BI datasets and reports.
• Work with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) to prepare and transform data for analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and documentation for datasets and reporting solutions.

• Strong experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Python or PySpark for data processing.
• Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions from raw data to dashboards.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques in Power BI.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
