  • Development, implementation and evaluation of cross-company sustainability strategies and business models
  • Development, design and implementation of measures focusing on decarbonization, zero impact factory, circular economy or sustainable supply chains, taking into account social and economic aspects
  • Management and steering of company-wide programs in sustainability transformation for the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and business models in the fields of environment, climate and resources
  • Development and establishment of concepts and measures to anchor sustainability in the organization and in business processes, accompanied by individual change management, communication and qualification measures, as well as coaching of managers in the transformation process
  • Evaluation and management as well as reporting on sustainability measures and results
  • Support in the acquisition of consulting projects, continuous further development of our consulting methods, maintenance of our client network as well as publication of topic-specific studies to strengthen external perception.



  • Successfully completed university degree, ideally in a business/engineering subject (e.g. chemistry, physics, biology) with a focus on the environment and sustainability.
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic management consulting with a focus on sustainability, practical experience in the manufacturing industry or with service providers as well as with innovative, leading start-ups with a focus on the design and implementation of sustainable solutions in the company, products and processes
  • Profound knowledge in the areas of recycling, materials, renewable materials as well as life cycle analysis including the associated databases as well as in environmental, resource and energy management (ISO14001; 50001; 14040/44)
  • Practical experience in holistic project management in a sustainability environment - from goal definition, staffing, task differentiation and team leadership to successful project completion
  • Strong consulting skills such as strategic thinking, hands-on mentality and customer-centric communication
  • Very good analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking and high result orientation to avoid entrepreneurial risks and ensure the future viability of companies and products
  • Distinct independent, structured and professional way of working
  • An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathic personality
  • Very good expression in German and English
