IBM Planning Analytics - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Design, develop, and enhance IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards, books, reports, and interactive planning applications
• Build and optimize Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) reports, input templates, and management reporting books to support financial and operational planning processes
• Develop and maintain TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading, data transformation, master data maintenance, and automation workflows
• Create, enhance, and troubleshoot TM1 Rules and Feeders to ensure performant and scalable cube calculations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate planning and reporting requirements into user-friendly PAW/PAX solutions
• Support backend model improvements including dimension design, cube structures, security concepts, and performance optimization
• Participate in issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements of the Planning Analytics landscape

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) development
• Very good experience in IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) reporting and input templates
• Solid backend expertise in IBM TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics
• Strong knowledge of TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting
• Practical experience with Rules, Feeders, and cube performance tuning
• Good understanding of dimension hierarchies, subsets, MDX, and cube design
• Experience with data integration, file-based loads, and process automation
• Experience with PowerShell / batch scripting for file automation – nice-to-have
• Ability to work on both frontend user experience and backend technical logic
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders  
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive planning solutions
• High level of ownership and autonomy
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is nice to have
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
