The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, focusing on change management, organizational readiness, and the seamless adoption of enterprise platforms. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our clients are fully equipped to leverage new operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive key elements of change management within large-scale IT and digital transformations (such as SAP S/4HANA or enterprise platform implementations), supporting organizational readiness across business units.· Manage and execute project management within agile IT projects, including capability tracking, requirements gathering, and management reporting.· Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to optimize customer experience processes and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct market research, develop maturity assessments, and support the creation of strategic pitch decks for upcoming initiatives.
- Act as a primary client liaison, leading strategic workshops, presenting complex solutions to executive leadership, and building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Design and execute comprehensive change strategies, including stakeholder alignment, communication frameworks, and tailored training concepts.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to optimize customer experience processes and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct market research, develop maturity assessments, and support the creation of strategic pitch decks for upcoming initiatives.
QualificationsQualifications
Education::
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, IT project management, or organizational change management, with a strong track record in agile methodologies.· Certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), PMO methodologies, or leading change management frameworks. Strong background in the automotive or technology sectors.
Preferred

Skills
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations and confidently advise C-level executives and project sponsors.
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with MS Office and project tools (Jira, Visio, MIRO, etc.)
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$105,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, the compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
