Procurement Lead Business Services with German - Manager (f/m/d)

• Own end-to-end procurement operations (PR2PO) in SAP
• Define and drive procurement and supplier strategies aligned with business needs
• Ensure stable supply for production (JIT/JIS) and high service quality
• Monitor and steer KPIs (cycle time, backlog, on-time PO, data quality) and derive actions
• Drive cost optimization initiatives (e.g. TCO, savings, efficiency improvements)
• Manage operational issues (PO discrepancies, GR/IR mismatches, invoice blocks)
• Act as key interface for German-speaking stakeholders and drive supplier communication, confirmations, and escalations
• Oversee supplier performance, audits, and continuous development
• Lead and develop operational teams and Team Leads
• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and automotive standards

• 5-8+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Shared Services or BPO environments
• Proven leadership experience (minimum 2+ years)
• Experience in the automotive or OEM industry (preferred)

       Must-haves:

• Strong procurement expertise (strategic and operational)
• Experience in supplier management, negotiations, and contracting
• SAP MM experience (PR, PO, GR/IR, invoice handling)
• Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1)
• Leadership experience in operations, SSC, or BPO
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling
• Analytical mindset (e.g., cost analysis, TCO)

       Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in the automotive or OEM industry
• Understanding of JIT / JIS processes
• Experience in supplier strategy or commodity management
• Experience with process optimization, automation, or standardization

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
