We are currently hiring a Retail Business Development Intern to join our Retail Development team, where you will contribute directly to national retail performance initiatives while learning from experienced leaders. This position supports an existing vacancy and is offered as a six‑month fixed‑term contract starting in May 2026, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.

TasksTasks

Reporting to the Manager, Retail Business Development, you will support Porsche Centres across Canada through analytics, reporting, and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing Porsche Centre performance and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing financial analyses, reports, and management presentations
  • Supporting monthly financial reporting for senior leadership
  • Maintaining the Dealer Directory and Dealer Action Plans
  • Assisting with dealer communications, training administration, and conference logistics
  • Supporting compliance initiatives and ad‑hoc business development projects
  • Providing general administrative and operational support

QualificationsQualifications

This opportunity is ideal for students completing their studies or recent graduates looking to launch a career in business, analytics, or retail operations.

You bring:

  • A completed or soon‑to‑be‑completed diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a professional environment
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
     

Assets:

  • Previous internship or co‑op experience
  • Interest in automotive or retail environments
  • French language skills
