  • Develop and continuously refine the regional corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction, market-specific requirements and overarching industry developments
  • Steer key strategic planning processes, including annual business plan, target setting and preparation for senior governance meetings
  • Lead the regional product portfolio including pricing ensuring competitive and market-appropriate positioning and solutions
  • Manage product‑related timelines and information flows, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate the regional strategic project portfolio, monitor progress and support decision preparation
  • Drive organisational development and optimisation initiatives, promoting operational excellence and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Lead and develop the regional strategy, corporate development and product team, fostering collaboration, professional growth and a high‑performance culture 

QualificationsQualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, Marketing or Business Development, including at least 3 years in the premium automotive sector
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in a dynamic and complex business setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and business environments
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Preferably previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment
