Business & Product Engineer - Consultant (f/m/d)

• Support digital product development from a business and product management perspective.
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
• Support development of cloud‑ and web‑based applications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered product features.
• Guide Agile Release Trains (ARTs) with architectural direction.
• Evaluate technologies and design future-state architecture.

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Engineering, Product Management, or a similar role.
• Experience with digital product development and/or cloud‑ and web‑based applications.
• Good understanding of agile software development lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of ASPICE standards and the V‑Cycle development process.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product or functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience with system engineering, architecture decision frameworks, and modeling methods.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure technical alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills for guiding architectural decisions.
• Broad technical understanding across application, data, integration, cloud, and technology architecture domains.
• Provide foundational cloud architecture expertise across major platforms (AWS, Azure), supporting design discussions and guiding technology decisions.
• General programming skills with object‑oriented (OOP) background.
• Soft skills such as: strong communication skills (verbal & written), teamwork and collaboration mindset, autonomy and proactive attitude, adaptability and openness to change, structured problem‑solving orientation.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel for on-site assignments
• Other: a valid work permit
