Porsche Engineering Romania is looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Assistant to support the efficient functioning of technical departments and projects on Porsche Engineering Group level. As part of the engineering organization, you will work closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, engineers, administrative teams, and cross-site counterparts to ensure smooth operational processes and high-quality coordination.
Being part of the global technical support team, you will support the smooth execution of operational and administrative activities through structured coordination, accurate documentation, and reliable service delivery.
- You coordinate appointments based on clearly defined instructions and priorities
- You organize, maintain, and administer recurring meetings, ensuring accuracy and continuity
- You manage defined appointment packages in line with agreed standards and processes
- You organize and support training sessions and instruction meetings, including scheduling and logistical coordination
- You issue ID badges as required, ensuring full compliance with defined guidelines and internal procedures
- You manage extensions and follow‑up actions in accordance with the applicable processes
- You structure, prepare, and consolidate presentation content for management and technical stakeholders
- You revise and optimise layouts, design elements, and corporate formatting in line with Porsche Engineering standards
- You compile, update, and maintain management documentation and reporting packages
- You organise business travel in compliance with the currently valid travel policy, including group travel and short‑notice arrangements
- You prepare travel overviews using predefined templates and standards
- You process and review travel expense reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- You document absences in line with internal requirements
- You prepare and provide information related to visas and A1 certificates as required
QualificationsQualifications
- You have successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business Administration, or related fields
- You have some experience in a similar role, ideally in tech work environment.
- You have strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with attention to detail
- You are efficient, organized, passionate, pro-active, self-motivated, highly flexible, and have an independent working style
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with engineering teams across locations
- You have strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret processes, structures, and documentation
- You are proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive)
- You speak English and German fluently
- You are flexible and are willing to travel abroad/domestic, when it is required
