Order Management Operational Lead with German – Senior Consultant (w/m/d)

• Process customer order entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution across the order lifecycle
• Manage the assigned customer portfolio, maintaining high-quality operational support and customer satisfaction
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR)-specific invoice processing activities, ensuring correct billing and documentation
• Maintain and update customer master data in relevant systems, ensuring consistency and data integrity
• Handle internal and external inquiries related to orders, billing, and customer-related operational topics
• Update and maintain process documentation and work instructions, ensuring alignment with current operational standards
• Support monthly and yearly closing processes with relevant Order Management and AR-related inputs
• Monitor and correct project hours where applicable, ensuring accurate allocation and alignment with billing requirements
• Manage escalations within the team and across departments, ensuring timely resolution of complex operational issues
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, ensuring team performance, compliance with KPIs/SLAs, and continuous improvement

• Experience working with SAP / S4HANA systems, with strong understanding of Order Management and/or Finance processes
• Hands-on experience in Order Management and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Proven experience in team coordination or leadership roles, ideally with both technical and disciplinary responsibility
• Strong analytical mindset with good logical and numerical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• High level of adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and a variety of operational tasks simultaneously

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
