The Sales & Operations team consists of six Heads of Region, working closely with markets across Central and Eastern Europe. The team is diverse, approachable, and highly collaborative, creating an environment where regional knowledge and open communication are essential to daily business. Together, the team ensures that market performance, sales planning, and strategic priorities are aligned between PCEE, the markets, and Porsche AG in Stuttgart. As part of the team, you will gain direct exposure to regional market steering and cross-market business operations. 

Sales & Operations Assistant

• Support the Sales & Operations department in regional market steering, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination across 28 Central and Eastern European markets. The role combined sales operations, market analysis, management reporting, and direct support to Heads of Region in a fast-paced international automotive environment.

• Support Heads of Region and leadership in regional business steering across Central and Eastern European markets.
• Prepare management presentations, market analyses, sales reports, and operational summaries for internal decision making.
• Consolidate and structure market data to support performance tracking, business reviews, and regional follow-up activities.
• Assist with operational market inquiries, including coordination with importer markets, internal departments, and Porsche AG stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Excel- and Power BI-based reporting tools to improve transparency on market performance, vehicle flows, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying reporting gaps, improving data structure, and supporting more efficient workflows within the Sales & Operations team.
• Coordinate information flows between regional management, Heads of Region, importer markets, and internal stakeholders to support efficient daily operations.

Fixed Term 6 Months Temporary Contract
Starting date: End - August 2026  

• Study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable study
• Fluency in English; German and regional language skills beneficial
• Preferably with first automotive business and/or sales related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office/VBA and DeltaMaster as an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Power BI (Tableau beneficial)
• Strong team orientation with independent working attitude
• Strong analytical and communication skills and intercultural understanding
• Independent work style and effective time management
