Tasks

We are looking for 6 SAP users who are excited to explore the dynamic and exciting world of consulting and engage in practical project simulations.

Start date: 15st of July 2026

• Paid Training Program
• 11 weeks & 8h/day of intensive training
• Opportunity to be hired as an SAP consultant after the academy
• Specific Learning Journeys to be defined per each module on which you will focus (EWM or TM)
• Module-specific SAP Self-Study + Internal Trainer/Mentor

Description:

• Following foundational training in SAP Supply Chain, trainees will deepen both their theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise in the SAP S/4HANA module they are assigned to: either TM (Transportation Management) or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Each module training covers the customizing settings a consultant is expected to master within their assigned area of expertise

Objectives:

• Train the trainees for the next evaluation phase and future customer projects
• Consolidate the information for each module
• In depth SAP TM or EWM training focusing on S/4HANA
• Introduction to business processes embedded in SAP TM or EWM

• Advanced German and English language skills are mandatory
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations is mandatory (0-80% depending on project phases)
• Full-time availability at onsite MHP premises during the training program
• Analytical & abstract thinking skills
• Passionate, curious, and motivated about the SAP logistics environment (EWM or TM)
• SAP end user skills represent an advantage

      EWM Consultancy:

• Warehouse Management End User/Local Key user on SAP or warehouse management processes on similar technologies                              
• Knowledge of warehouse management main processes: inbound, outbound, internal processes (physical inventory, replenishment, etc.) and/or integration with other processes like production, sales and distribution, material management, etc.
• Knowledge in support systems: JIRA, Confluence

      TM Consultancy:

• Good understanding of Industries processes (Automotive would be plus)
• Good knowledge of SAP Logistics processes + processes integration
• Experience with ERP/WMS or any other transport management solutions (Transporeon, Oracle OTM)
• Experience in planning, organizing, coordinating daily transport activities and prepare transportation documentation
