Position overview
We are seeking a junior through recent college graduate professional to assist the accounting department with various routine accounting activities and special projects. This is a full-time, 12-month internship based in Atlanta, GA, with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.
The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.
Roles & responsibilities
- Responsible for daily upload of Lemans journal entries to SAP
- Prepare daily dealer funding & ACH reconciliation file for Treasury.
- Perform daily LM226 & LMDCR data conversion for daily cash reconciliation.
- Perform weekly Refund and Thru-bill & EOT bill processes in V8.
- Perform weekly manual termination and upfront sales tax & FL surcharge in V8.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for Porsche Financial Services North America (PFSNA) entities
- Process daily RMS auctions within V8.
- Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Accounting or related majors at the Junior, Senior or recent graduate level
Experience:
- Junior, Senior or recent graduate
- Previous accounting related experience preferred
- Minimum collegiate coursework includes at least 3 accounting courses
- Minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 Scale)
Required Skills
- Extensive personal computer skills in Microsoft office products required (esp Excel).
- Ability to work minimum of 40 hours a week for at least a twelve-month duration.
- Hybrid position required two-days a week in office
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
Percentage of required travel: 0-5%
Schedule/Shift: May be required to work extended hours and/or weekends as business requires, particularly during closing activities
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
