Position overview
The Events Manager will take the lead in curating and executing unforgettable experiences that embody the luxury, precision, and prestige of the Porsche, Bentley, and Lamborghini brands. The individual will oversee all experiential activations, from top dealer incentive trips to high-touch events that elevate the financial services presence.
This role will demand seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, from internal stakeholders to external partners, ensuring each activation is flawlessly executed and delivers exceptional value. This individual will act as the face of the brand, creating experiences that foster brand aspiration, fascination, and long-lasting loyalty.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where your organizational prowess, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success.
Roles & responsibilities
- Brand Experience Stewardship: Lead the creation and execution of all customers, dealer, and internal stakeholder experiences with Porsche Financial Services, Bentley Financial Services, and Lamborghini Financial Services, reinforcing the luxury positioning and elevating brand prestige.
- Event Planning Leadership: Oversee all aspects of event management for PFS within the US, including site selection, vendor negotiations, event registration, contract management, tax-reporting, PR/PO management, onsite staffing, and post-event analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Experiential and Brand OEMs teams to seamlessly integrate Financial Services and PAI into each event.
- Key Event Types Include:
- Dealer Events: Incentive trips (Fusion, Campione, Pinnacle), F&I Roundtables, New Model Car Launches & PFS Dealer Training.
- Internal Events: PFS All-Team Meetings, holiday events, team-building activities.
- Customer Events: Rennsport product activations, The Amelia, Monterey Car Week, Porsche Club product activations, and sports marketing integrations, etc (subject to year calendar).
- Investor Events: Capital Markets & Investor Meetings.
- Executive Support: Own the design and coordination of executive agendas, Run of Shows, and talking points for key events, ensuring brand consistency and seamless delivery.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met, while managing third-party agencies, vendors, and supplier teams in catering, vehicle transportation, and event logistics.
- Event Technology & Reporting: Supervise and manage web portals and apps for event coordination, while preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Supervision:
This role offers significant autonomy, with considerable latitude for decision-making. You will be trusted to execute complex and high-profile events with minimal supervision, requiring strong judgment and leadership skills.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required (may be substituted by 6 additional years of relevant experience)
Experience (Job and Industry):
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate management of marketing, communications, advertisement and live event programs.
- An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
- An understanding of luxury customer behavior and trends
- A history of thoughtful execution of innovative ideas
- Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution
- An understanding of the hospitality industry and trends
- Demonstrated success in large budget management
- Contract and manage third party vendors and onsite logistics
- Automotive and/or Luxury industry experience preferred
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and planning skills
- Highly organized and high attention to detail (i.e. editing, proofreading)
- Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canva and Sharepoint
- Ability to manage and oversee several activities at the same time
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Works independently without frequent direction
- Ability to manage others effectively

Percentage of required travel: 75%
The salary range for this role is $118,000-$125,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

Physical requirements
Must be able to travel independently up to 75% of the time. Must be able to travel independently. Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.
