At Porsche, the CEO Office department is responsible for providing strategic and operational support, acting as a central liaison between senior leadership, Porsche globally, importers, and key external stakeholders. The department leads the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, manages high-priority CEO projects and drives the implementation of global corporate strategy at the regional level. The CEO Office also plays a key role in corporate development and transformation, overseeing business process improvements. By ensuring alignment, transparency, and proactive decision-making, the department supports the long-term growth and success of Porsche in the region.
What to expect?
- Assist the Corporate Development & Strategy Manager, Head of Public Relations and CEO in various daily business tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination and steering of cross-functional strategy projects, workshops, committees, management meetings and executive reporting.
- Support the implementation of Porsche’s global strategy at the regional level through the development of annual business plans and the continuous review of the regional strategic framework.
- Prepare management presentations, executive briefings, reports, business analyses and ad-hoc decision-making materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Support strategic market analyses, competitor benchmarking and business case development for key growth markets, with a particular focus on India.
- Monitor India market, industry and regulatory developments, including trade agreements, taxation and policy changes, and prepare management summaries on potential business implications.
- Support the PME PR Team in organizing quarterly calls with PR representatives across all markets and tracking PR target achievement.
- Create management summaries and presentations for PME Executive Committee meetings related to PR performance and initiatives.
- Support the coordination of owned and social media activities, including PME Newsroom and LinkedIn content planning.
- Provide operational PR support including press fleet coordination, press launch events, media monitoring and reporting utilizing AI-based reporting tools.
- Participate in and support the organization of the Student Innovation Challenge Project.
Please note it is part of the interns responsibility to step in and cover our HQ reception desk.
Contractual Terms:
- As a prerequisite for application, candidates must be available to commit to the full 6-month internship period from 24 August 2026 to 26 February 2027
- Full time hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Package:

What sets you apart?
- Passion for cars and strong interest in the Porsche brand.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills; German is an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to structure complex business topics.
- High attention to detail, quality, formality and structure.
- Independent working style, strong self-management skills, high motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Previous internship experience at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, in strategy, consulting, communications or a related field is an advantage.
- Availability for six months required.
