SAP Management Accounting (CO) Manager / Senior Manager (f/m/d)

• 10-12+ years of work experience in consulting company (or in-House), delivering S/4HANA implementation projects 
• Drive full lifecycle implementations with focus on SAP Controlling
• Lead solution design across cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, margin analysis (CO-PA), project system, and material ledger.
• Guide decision-making on process design, optimization, and controlling integration with other modules.
• Ensure adoption of S/4HANA best practices and simplifications
• Support ECC to S/4HANA transition strategies (conversion or selective transformation).
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in complex environments
• Manage and mentor SAP consultants, acting as team lead and people counsellor

• 10-12+ years SAP experience in Management Accounting processes and configuration (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Product Costing, Reporting, Project System, Material Ledger), in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance data model and CO simplifications
• Experience managing complex, large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants
• Experience in bid proposals 
• Strategic thinking & problem solving
• Stakeholder management & communication

Things to know before departure: 

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is nice to have
• Flexibility & willingness to travel: around 25-30% of the time, depending on the project
• Other: a valid work permit
