Was erwartet dich?
- Developing vehicle-level ADAS test plans and test cases based on system requirements and functional specifications, covering functional logic, performance calibration, and fail-safe validation targets
- Leading ADAS test scenario setups in closed proving grounds and public roads
- Supporting data team to set up date driven based test evaluation method from the point of ADAS KPI definition
- Monitoring test progress and risks, resolving on-site anomalies (e.g., vehicle/equipment failures), and ensuring efficient test execution.
- Analyzing test data, creating defect lists, collaborating with R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions
- Generating structured test reports including objectives, environmental parameters, results analysis, and optimization recommendations
- Managing end-to-end vehicle testing processes, including sensor validation (camera, radar), function validation (driving function and parking function), fleet test, and resource coordination (vehicles, equipment, personnel)
Was zeichnet dich aus?
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in automotive engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years in ADAS vehicle testing or project test management, with hands-on experience in driving and parking functions, and NOA SOP experience is a plus
- Proficient in measurement systems like Vector toolchain CANoe/CANape
- Familiarity with ADAS function regional regulations (x-NCAP, GSR, ISO, GB)
- Automotive Knowledge: Deep understanding of ADAS principles, sensor fusion (camera/radar/LiDAR), and communication protocols (CAN/in-vehicle Ethernet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear documentation skills.
- Python scripting for automation/data analysis is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
- Willingness to travel
