Microsoft Entra ID Engineer - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management solutions
• Develop and operate secure authentication and authorization architectures (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC)
• Engineer cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using security best practices
• Design and implement automation for identity lifecycle management using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into secure and scalable cloud solutions
• Provide technical consulting, architecture recommendations, and solution design during customer engagements
• Participate in technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge-sharing materials
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, AI innovations, and security best practices

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, and Managed Identities
• Experience managing secrets/certificates via Azure Key Vault
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
• Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI services
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies or Copilot Studio
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Consulting and solution design capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills 

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
