Porsche Engineering Romania is looking for a proactive Senior Marketing Specialist – Global Digital Communications & Channels to support internal and external communication activities within the international Porsche Engineering communications network. As part of the global communications organization, you will contribute to the development, governance, and optimization of digital communication channels across multiple locations and stakeholders.
- You are responsible for coordinating internal communication activities within the global intranet ecosystem, while defining, maintaining, and continuously improving intranet governance, including content planning processes, publication workflows, content and structure, editorial standards, and access management
- You coordinate and prioritize communication requests, manage publication planning, and ensure timely delivery of content across internal communication channels in collaboration with international stakeholders
- You support the continuous optimization of global intranet structures, content quality, user experience, and communication effectiveness through analytics, reporting, and process improvements
- You coordinate and implement website enhancements, new pages, microsites, and content updates in alignment with business requirements and corporate communication objectives, while ensuring consistency with editorial guidelines and corporate messaging
- You conduct audits and identify opportunities to improve website performance including SEO, content quality, discoverability, technical optimization, and user experience
- You contribute to the development of international social media activities by identifying new content opportunities, supporting channel-specific content strategies, and driving the adoption of data-driven communication approaches
- You monitor digital channel performance, develop reporting concepts, evaluate communication effectiveness, and derive optimization measures to support business and communication objectives
- You collaborate closely with Porsche Engineering Group Communications and international stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of communication initiatives, governance standards, and strategic priorities across locations
- You support strategic transformation initiatives, including organizational and brand-related projects, by coordinating communication activities across internal and external digital channels
QualificationsQualifications
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or any other related field
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in tech work environment
- You have high analytical skills, strategic and strong structuring abilities and you are quick thinker
- You have a strong understanding of corporate communication processes, editorial workflows, content governance, and digital communication channels; you pay attention to detail, and you are a strong communicator
- You are efficient, organized, passionate, pro-active, self-motivated, highly flexible, and have an independent working style
- You have hands-on experience with Office365, intranet platforms, content management systems, website administration, and digital publishing environments
- You speak English and German fluently
- You are flexible and are willing to travel abroad/domestic, when it is required
