You keep an overview in vehicle development and testing projects, coordinate interfaces in a structured way and ensure smooth test preparation, execution, and follow-up.
As part of our vehicle testing and development coordination activities, you consolidate department relevant information, align hardware and software status, coordinate vehicle and wheel/tire requirements, and support the preparation, execution, and analysis of test activities in close cooperation with development teams, logistics, workshops, markets, and international stakeholders.
- You support the planning and organization of vehicle testing activities across development, logistics, workshops, and markets
- You collect, consolidate, and communicate relevant project information to support upcoming testing activities
- You coordinate vehicle, wheel, and tire requirements, including logistics, conversions, documentation, and traceability
- You support test preparation by monitoring vehicle build status, coordinating rework activities, and providing the required documentation
- You ensure the availability of vehicles, equipment, and other resources required for on-site testing activities
- You support test analyses, vehicle investigations, workshop activities, and the availability of measurement data
- You prepare and communicate testing results, project updates, and key findings to relevant stakeholders
QualificationsQualifications
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related Engineering field
- You have a good understanding of vehicle testing processes, logistics, or workshop activities
- You have experience with documentation, reporting, and coordinating different activities
- You work in a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented manner
- You have good MS Office skills, and are comfortable with documentation and reporting
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
