What to expect?

Leadership and Project Management

  • Lead and develop a team of two associates (Order Management & Planning Specialist and Order Management & Planning Coordinator), ensuring effective Order and Quota Management across the PCEE region and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage the transition from PVMS to One VMS for all Sales-related systems and be the main counterpart for the market rollout.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

 

Order Management

  • Provide daily operational support to all importers within Region 6 for new vehicle order management, including order creation, system-related troubleshooting, and the resolution of ad hoc inquiries to ensure smooth and timely processing.
  • Act as the primary interface between importers and PAG, coordinating communication, escalating issues where necessary, and ensuring efficient resolution of order-related topics.
  • Support and monitor payment and logistics processes for new vehicle deliveries across all Region 6 importers, ensuring adherence to timelines, process requirements, and operational standards.


Quota Management

  • Provide daily quota management support to importers, leveraging market sentiment, sales performance, ordering behaviour, and inventory analysis to optimise allocation decisions, unlock upselling potential, resolve operational issues, and drive sustainable sales performance and growth.
  • Manage and optimise quota allocation for all Region 6 importers by reviewing PAG quota confirmations and ensuring a balanced alignment of market demand, production supply, and business priorities.

What sets you apart?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably in an international environment. Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, while providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office (especially advanced Excel with VBA/Macros), Power BI, Tableau; experience with SAP, SQL, Deltamaster or similar systems is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional language skills (e.g., German, Turkish) are an advantage.
  • Detail‑oriented, accurate and well‑organized working style.
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills to manage interactions with regional stakeholders sensitively and effectively.
  • Team‑oriented yet independent and proactive working attitude.
