What to expect?

  • Management and development of the regional vehicle fleet:
    • Planning, ordering and follow-up of regional fleet (ca. 25 vehicles)
    • Office cars usage coordination according to internal processes
    • Enabling local and regional driving events and activities (Road Shows/ Tours, ad-hoc 
      events)
    • Coordination of vehicle logistics and transportation
    • Customs documentation and coordination
    • Coordination of exchange of vehicles and damage reports
    • Communication with Porsche AG, markets and external providers
  • Overall support in organization of event-related requests and communication between importer markets of the regions, Porsche AG and external parties.
  • Support in steering local and regional preview and launch events.
  • Evaluation and documentation of targets achievement set from various programs.
  • Realization of overall event and project management: preparation, planning, implementation, wrapup and reporting of international (driving) events.
  • On-site support during events together with Event Agency
  • Representing the company and brand towards customers while ensuring participant 
    satisfaction
  • Maintaining the event flow
  • Contribution of own ideas and independent timely coordination of requests.

The position is scheduled to begin in November 2026; it is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months. 



What sets you apart?

  •  Studies in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous work experience, ideally within the automotive industry and project management
  • High interest in the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of the Porsche brand, products, and technologies
  • Basic automotive technical knowledge, including vehicle maintenance, wear-and-tear parts, and spare parts handling
  • Excellent communication skills with strong conceptual abilities and intercultural awareness
  • Team-oriented with an independent, proactive working attitude
  • Detail-oriented and accurate working style with strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic and intercultural 
    environment
  • Strong commitment to handling concurrent market requests and logistical challenges while 
    ensuring timely delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High proficiency in English; German is considered an advantage
  • Valid international driving license with at least two years of driving experience
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally and occasionally work outside regular business hours, including weekends
