What to expect?

Tasks & Responsibilities
Organize the detailed planning of Marketing activities and launch plans across the 37 markets, while monitoring Marketing performance. Ensure the proper integration of Impacts topics and marketing priorities into the dedicated programs, as well as the positive contribution of marketing activities to Sales. Coordinate Support and Marketing incentives programs.


Responsibilities include

  • Based on central requirements and in coordination with the Marketing team, structure, align, and consolidate the annual Marketing Plans with the importers.
  • Organize and coordinate planning review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions, including product launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate the Marketing sections of the Market Business Plans to ensure consistency and alignment with central Marketing objectives.
  • Ensure a structured follow-up of Marketing performance overview in the market. •Support the Head of Department in steering the Budget Program dedicated to market support.
  • Support the Head of Department in optimizing, steering, and evaluating the PCEE Marketing Incentives Program.
  • Organize and manage the Marketing Award, including communication, timeline management, collection of submissions (Best Business Practices), and the evaluation process.
  • Organize the monthly Marketing & PR conference calls (agenda, presentation materials, and action item follow-up) to ensure information reaches the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Competencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in Marketing, or Project Coordination (>5y)
  • Experience in the automotive industry and/or a premium or luxury brand environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • International experience or experience working in multicultural environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry, retail and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in English required, language skills in German and other European or Central Asian language is beneficial.
