We are looking for 3 motivated technology enthusiasts who are eager to explore the dynamic world of SAP consulting and participate in practical, hands-on activities.

Start date: 02nd of November 2026

• 8 weeks & 8h/day of training combined with hands-on activities
• Opportunity to be hired as an SAP consultant right after the academy
• Specific Learning Journeys tailored for specialization areas
• SAP self-study content combined with dedicated internal trainers and mentors. Sandbox environments to develop your skills

Description:

• The SAP Platform Academy provides a comprehensive foundation in SAP platform technologies and operations. Participants will develop both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
• The Academy covers:
  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) fundamentals, services and integration capabilities
  • SAP Basis Administration foundation concepts like system architecture and cloud operations
  • SAP Roles & Authorizations concepts, compliance requirements and authorization design
• Throughout the program, participants will work on practical exercises, technology labs, and project-based learning scenarios designed to simulate real consulting engagements.

Objectives:

• Prepare participants for future customer projects and consulting assignments
• Build a solid foundation in SAP technology platforms and operations
• Develop practical skills through hands-on exercises and guided simulations
• Understand the interaction between SAP applications, infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies
• Gain exposure to SAP S/4HANA landscapes, cloud environments, and modern SAP technology architectures
• Learn industry best practices for SAP operations, security, and platform management

Qualifications

• Advanced German and English language skills are mandatory
• Full-time availability at onsite MHP premises during the training program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate, curious, and motivated to build a career in SAP technology consulting
• Previous exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or security concepts is considered an advantage
• SAP end user skills represent an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
