Responsibilities
- Identifies exciting project opportunities with some of the largest companies across multiple industries: Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles as well as through Private Equity investors
- Leads business development within the industries by creating, presenting and executing exceptional project proposals
- Leads delivery of consulting projects and transformational programs creating tangible impact and client excitement
- Drives the innovative problem solving and change management work in client engagements
- Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members toward joint project goals and deliverables
- Converts project results into measurable business cases
- Prepares and runs steering committee level executive presentations
- Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
- Provides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
- Enhances and trains unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools
- Provides content for thought leadership pieces, business development content and similar marketing materials
AnforderungenAnforderungen
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Operations Management, or Engineering and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
- Hands-on experience in Strategy and/or Operations Management
- High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
- Industry experience in Industrial Goods, Construction, Energy and Specialty Vehicles industry
- Private Equity experience a plus
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in management consulting
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
- Additional corporate experience a plus
- Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
- Second language fluency in Spanish, French, and/or German a plus
- Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
