• Responsibility and user management for the Porsche Car Configurator Database (PCCD) and Porsche Partner Network (PPN) for the CEE region, including data quality monitoring and market training for PCCD, publication of relevant product information and regular updates in PPN, as interface between Porsche AG and markets.
• Responsibility for competitor research covering product positioning, feature benchmarking and market-specific developments, translating insights into recommendations for PCEE stakeholders up to board level.
• Support in preparation of content and presentations for recurring meetings such as the Products and Services call, PCEE internal meetings and specific requests for presentations from the PCEE Team.
• Co-organizing the annual Products and Services Conference, including agency coordination, support in creation of plenum content and workshop presentations as well as on-site support.
• Active support for the Product and Price Team in steering product launches in the Product Launch Committee including tracking market readiness, consolidating feedback and flagging risks throughout the region.
• Support the Sales Department in standardizing operational processes to reduce and rationalize administrative and operational work through use of automatization. 

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing or a comparable study.
• Min. 1 year of professional experience in automotive, preferably in an international environment. 
• Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), proficiency in Porsche internal tools beneficial (PCCD, PVMS).
• Proficiency in English required, language skills in German or languages in CEE region beneficial.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, organized working attitude as well as developed project management skills.
• Strong conceptual and communication skills to sensitively manage interaction with regional stakeholders.
• Team oriented and independent, proactive working attitude.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
