Introduction to the role

Porsche Middle East & Africa FZE are seeking a passionate professional looking to enhance their expertise within the role of a Digital 
Retail Manager in our Network Development & CPM Department.
The role of the Digital Retail Manager involves overseeing and optimizing the online and physical retail experience for Porsche, as 
well as conveying action plans to the management team. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and implement an 
overarching Omni-Channel strategy for the company, considering online and offline retail channels. This involves understanding 
market trends, customer behavior and technology advancements. You will be managing relationships with internal and external 
stakeholders and collaborate cross-functional with different teams such as marketing, sales, and IT to ensure a cohesive digital
retail strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and consistently review the overarching Omni-Channel strategy and partake in the cross functional Omni-Channel 
    Project Team by involving all relevant stakeholders and experts to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout all relevant
    touchpoints
  • Responsible for overseeing, analyzing and optimizing the online sales strategies of a retail business in the different Porsche 
    Middle East & Africa markets and syncronizing all activities with stationary retail channel development.
  • Conceptualise, operationalize and implement existing and new digital retail initiatives within the organization, while 
    synchronising all activities with the over-arching omni-channel approach and consideration of all relevant prerequisites and 
    factors. 

QualificationsQualifications

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Expertise in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, preferably with a luxury brand.
  •  Advanced project management skills, including strategy development, implementation, and process optimization, in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to improving the customer experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Management consultancy experience is a plus.
  • Highly skilled in spoken and written English and profound knowledge in MS Office.
